About Me

I am a researcher in power and energy systems. I am currently a Research Associate (Postdoc) at Newcastle University, where I work with Dr Matt Deakin, Dr David Greenwood, and Prof Haris Patsios. I am also a visiting researcher at Özyeğin University, Electrical-Electronics Engineering.

My broad research interests lie in the application of mathematical optimization and machine learning-based methods to power system operation, planning, and coordination in smart grid environments. I am particularly interested in developing EV smart charging frameworks that support reliable EV-grid integration, efficient infrastructure utilization, and fairness in charging services at scale.

I am a proud member of the IEEE Power and Energy Society. I served as an Executive Committee member of the IEEE PES Singapore Chapter from 2023 to 2025.
